1. Order Placement & Payment Verification

Please note that your order will only be officially placed and processed once the full payment is received and successfully verified by our banking partners.
Once payment is confirmed, our warehouse team will immediately begin picking, packing, and preparing your order for dispatch. Orders with pending, failed, or incomplete payments will remain on hold until the transaction is resolved.
2. Fast 3-Day Delivery
We value your time. Once your payment is verified and your order is dispatched from our manufacturing facility in Tiruppur, the product will be delivered to you within 3 days.
This 3-day delivery window is applicable for all standard orders under normal logistical conditions. (Please note that deliveries to extreme remote locations or during severe weather conditions/national holidays may experience slight, unavoidable delays).

Our dispatch systems are highly scalable. Pan-India delivery is actively available for both Retail (individual customers) and Wholesale (bulk B2B buyers).
For large wholesale and bulk orders, we utilize specialized heavy-freight courier partners to ensure your large-volume inventory arrives securely packaged, completely intact, and within the promised timeframe.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time. You can monitor the exact status of your package from our warehouse directly to your door.
