1. Return & Exchange Policy
Strict No Return & No Exchange Policy
At Ponni, we prioritize the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers above all else. Because our premium product lines consist of intimate apparel and daily wear (such as innerwear, camisoles, trunks, and vests), we strictly do not accept returns or offer exchanges for any items once they are sold.
All sales are final. We highly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
Exception: Damaged or Defective Products
We maintain rigorous quality control standards at our manufacturing facility in Tiruppur. However, the only exception to our "No Exchange" policy is if you receive a product that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged item, you must follow this procedure:
- Notify Us Immediately: You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide Proof: Please email us at support@ponniindia.com with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage, along with your order number.
- Verification: Our team will review the evidence. If the defect is verified as a manufacturing or transit damage, we will approve the exchange.
- Resolution: We will dispatch a fresh replacement of the exact same item and size. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances; we only provide replacements for damaged goods.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location. Ponni is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
3. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device display. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of Sri Ponni Knitters. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ponni shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the product you ordered.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction exclusively in the courts of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
